Brief description of study
Phototherapy delivered at home or the office are both common treatments for psoriasis but it is not known how well they compare to one another. The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness, safety (tolerability), and duration of treatment response at 12 weeks of home versus office-based NB-UVB phototherapy for the treatment of psoriasis.
If you choose to participate in this study, you will be randomly assigned to receive either office-based phototherapy or home-based phototherapy. This means that you will have a 50-50 chance of being assigned to either group.
Detailed description of study
You must be willing to be randomized to either
office or home based phototherapy. During the study you will also be asked to
complete electronic questionnaires at required time points using a study phone
application. Questionnaires will take between 5-15 minutes.
Eligibility of study
You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: psoriasis
-
Age: 12 years - 99 years
-
