EVALUATING THE HIV-1 VIRAL RESERVOIR

This protocol involves the collection of apheresis products from HIV-1 infected individuals to evaluate strategies to decrease or target the latent reservoir using an ex vivo models and to evaluate the size and different measurement methodologies of the HIV reservoir. Apheresis product will be sent to collaborating institutions as requested.
