Brief description of study

To support the research of kidney disorders by creating a bank of biospecimens and a corresponding database of clinical information that will be used for future, unspecified research. Target population is adults with a kidney disorder, but the study also allows for enrollment of family members, healthy controls, and children. Procedures include questionnaire, data extraction, and collection of biospecimens.
