Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate a new device to treat patients who require repair of their mitral heart valve due to mitral regurgitation. The device is called the Edwards Cardioband System. The Edwards Cardioband System uses a less invasive approach to repair the mitral valve instead of open heart surgery. Therefore, this study
