Brief description of study

The purpose of the study is to assess the safety of stopping oral anticoagulation therapy (OAT) in patients who have undergone a successful ablation procedure for atrial fibrillation. A successful ablation procedure for atrial fibrillation is defined by the protocol as being arrhythmia free 3 months after the procedure. The study will enroll patients into one of two arms and look at safety in both arms. One arm will have their anticoagulation therapy stopped; the other will remain on it.
